Shipping Costs
Mainland United States (Contiguous U.S.)
Free standard shipping is available for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur a flat $15 shipping fee due to carrier surcharges and extended transit routes.
Canada
Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET are processed the next business day
No processing on weekends or federal holidays
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Mainland United States
3–7 business days after processing.
Alaska & Hawaii
5–12 business days after processing.
Canada
5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Total delivery time includes both processing time and carrier transit time. Delivery timelines shown at checkout reflect the most accurate estimate based on your shipping address.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via established carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other reputable regional carriers when necessary.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist.
Lost or Missing Orders
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at support@runnerrecover.com.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Fee Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
