30-Day Return Policy
RunnerRecover offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
- Include proof of purchase
Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or misuse may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
RunnerRecover reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@runnerrecover.com
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Fraud Prevention
RunnerRecover monitors returns to prevent abuse.
Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or chargebacks without prior contact may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
