  • How long does shipping take?

    Free standard shipping in the contiguous US. Orders process in 1–2 business days (cut-off 2pm ET), then 3–7 business days for delivery. Alaska and Hawaii: $15 flat fee, 5–12 business days. Canada: rates calculated at checkout, 5–12 business days plus customs.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Email support@runnerrecover.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update or cancel before shipment. Once an order is in fulfillment, we can't modify it — but you can return unopened items within 30 days.

  • Do you offer returns?

    Yes. 30-day return for unopened items in original packaging. Defective units replaced free for 2 years. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Email support@runnerrecover.com to start a return.

  • Do you offer bulk or team orders?

    Yes. For team orders (5+ units), email support@runnerrecover.com with quantity and ship address — we'll quote a discount and arrange direct fulfillment.
